We especially support people who do not want jargon, call-center loops, or complicated instructions. We listen, ask clear questions, and explain solutions in a way that remains understandable.
Technical profile
I work in second-level broadband, cable, fibre, and mobile support, helping customers understand and solve connection, router, bandwidth, availability, and contract-related technical issues. My background combines customer-facing technical support, software troubleshooting, web development, automation, Ubuntu/Linux enthusiasm, and practical AI system building.
What I am doing now
Alongside my current support role, I build practical AI and automation systems with OpenAI, Firebase, Pinecone, n8n, Telegram bots, and OpenClaw. I am especially interested in assistants that can interact with real tools, remember useful context, retrieve reliable information, and automate everyday workflows safely.
What matters
Technology is only useful when people can actually understand and trust it. Over the years, I have supported users across Germany, Scotland, and England in broadband, mobile, medical technology, speech recognition, document/PDF software, and internal support environments. That experience shapes geholfen123: we turn confusion into something usable.
What I care about
I like technology that is clear, reliable, and useful. I care about calm troubleshooting, understandable explanations, clean systems, and AI tools that help people instead of burying them under more complexity. I speak both "user" and "developer", and I enjoy translating frustration into function.
